A Revised Employer is a quality mark for staffing companies. Through this scheme, businesses get their quality as an employer documented through external auditing of routines and practices. Areas that are checked include employment contracts, assessment of risk factors at the hirer, HSE, working hours, wages, and sick pay.
The scheme is mandatory for members of NHO Service and Trade who conduct staffing activities. The requirement is that an approved audit must be in place within one year after membership. After this, audits should be conducted every other year.
